O’Donnell Metal Fabricators, Inc.
Last updated: August 18, 2026
O’Donnell Metal Fabricators, Inc. (“O’Donnell,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through our website at odonnellmetalfab.com, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
We are a metal fabrication company based in Norristown, Pennsylvania. Our customers are businesses and individuals who send us drawings, specifications and enquiries so that we can quote and produce parts. This policy is written for that relationship.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you complete a quote request or contact form on our website, or when you call or email us, you may provide your name, company name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and details about your project.
Drawings, files and project information. Our quote request form accepts file uploads — typically CAD files, drawings, sketches, photographs and written specifications. See Your drawings and files below for how we handle them.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our service providers may collect your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring website, the pages you view, and the dates and times of your visits. Some of this is collected using cookies and similar technologies.
Call information. When you call a phone number listed on our website, we may record the number you called from, the time and duration of the call, and which page or advertisement you called from.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote
- Produce, finish and deliver the work you order
- Communicate with you about your project, including questions about your drawings
- Maintain our business and customer records
- Understand how visitors find and use our website, so that we can improve it
- Measure the performance of our advertising and improve how we reach potential customers
- Comply with our legal and regulatory obligations
We do not use automated decision-making to evaluate you.
Cookies and tracking technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies on this website. Cookies are small files placed on your device that allow a website or service to recognise your browser.
We use them for:
- Essential functions — enabling the site to work, including form submission and security
- Analytics — understanding how visitors arrive at and move through our site, so that we can improve it
- Advertising measurement — determining which advertisements and search terms lead people to contact us, so that we can direct our advertising sensibly
- Advertising — showing our advertisements to people who have previously visited our website
You can set your browser to warn you each time a cookie is sent, or to refuse cookies entirely. Every browser handles this differently — check your browser’s help menu for instructions. If you disable cookies, parts of our website may not function properly, including the quote request form.
You can also opt out of personalised Google advertising at Google Ads Settings, and install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Do Not Track signals
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) setting. There is no industry consensus on how DNT signals should be interpreted, and the third-party services we use do not currently respond to them.
Our website does not respond to DNT signals. The browser controls and opt-out links described above are the practical way to limit tracking on this site.
Third-party services we use
The following third parties may receive or process information about your visit. Each operates under its own privacy policy, and we do not control how they process data once it reaches them.
- Google Tag Manager — manages the tags used for analytics and advertising measurement
- Google Analytics — website analytics
- Google Ads — advertising delivery and conversion measurement
- ServiceTitan — our customer and job management system, which also handles call tracking
Call monitoring and recording
Calls to and from our business may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance, training and record-keeping purposes.
Pennsylvania law requires the consent of all parties to a recorded call. Where a call is recorded, you will hear a notice at the beginning of the call. If you do not wish to be recorded, tell us and we will stop the recording or continue the conversation by email.
Your drawings and files
We understand that the drawings and specifications you send us are commercially sensitive.
- We use your files solely to quote and produce your work.
- We do not sell, publish or share your drawings with third parties, except where necessary to complete your order and with your knowledge.
- We will sign a non-disclosure agreement on request. Ask us before sending files, or at any time afterwards.
- We retain project files as part of our business records so that we can support reorders and warranty questions, for [RETENTION PERIOD].
Sharing your information
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties for their own marketing purposes.
We may share information with:
- Service providers who help us operate our business and website, under obligations of confidentiality
- Suppliers or subcontractors, where necessary to complete your order and with your knowledge
- Legal authorities, where required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, property or safety
Third-party links
We may include or offer third-party products, services or websites. Those sites have their own separate and independent privacy policies. We have no responsibility or liability for their content or activities, though we welcome feedback about any site we link to.
Children’s privacy
Our website and services are directed to businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not market to children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Data security and breach notification
We maintain reasonable physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect the information we hold.
In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected individuals without undue delay and consistent with applicable law.
Your rights and choices
You may:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate
- Ask us to delete your information, subject to our record-keeping obligations
- Unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in that email
- Limit advertising cookies using the browser controls and opt-out links described above
To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below.
State privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state’s consumer privacy law, including the right to confirm whether we process your personal data, to access it, to correct it, to delete it, to obtain a portable copy, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the sale of personal data.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising beyond the advertising measurement described in this policy.
