- 01CNC Fiber Laser→Up to 1 inch mild steel, 3/4 inch stainless steel, and 5/8 inch aluminum. Plus or minus .005 inch on laser work.
- 02CNC Plasma→Thicker metals up to 3/4 inch.
- 03Waterjet→Cold cutting for heat sensitive materials.
- 04Shear, 12 foot Cincinnati→Clean, straight cuts up to 1/4 inch mild steel and 1/8 inch stainless steel.
- 01Press Brake, 12 foot Cincinnati→175 ton capacity, bending up to 1/8 inch stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminum.
- 02Sheet Rolling→Up to 46 inch wide and 1/8 inch thick for curved panels and cylindrical parts.

Joined and fastened in house by welders qualified to AWS procedures, with PEM hardware seated on insertion presses.

- 02Purchase orderYour PO or signed quote confirms the job.
- 03FabricationEach process runs in the order the part requires.
- 04InspectionParts are checked against the drawing before they leave the shop.
- 05DeliveryPacking slip and PO reference with every shipment, material certs on request. Delivery across the tristate, shipping beyond it quoted case by case.
