Stainless is what we work with most. Custom stainless steel cut, formed, welded, and finished in our Norristown, PA shop.
Built here and delivered to your site.
Most projects come down to 304 or 316. Send your specs and we confirm the right grade with your quote.
The right grade can still fail inspection if the fabrication is rough. Porous welds and scratched surfaces trap bacteria and rust, so inspectors look at the finish as closely as the material.

More expensive is not always better. 304 when it does the job, 316 only where it earns its cost.
Certified welding, NSF certified and UL listed fabrication for food service and commercial kitchens.
The piece you approve is the piece we repeat.
No. Food grade depends on the grade of the steel and on how it is fabricated. The same sheet can pass or fail depending on the shop that builds it.
316 adds molybdenum, which protects against salt, brine, and harsh chemicals. For most commercial kitchens and general fabrication, 304 does the job.
Yes. Across the tristate, with shipping beyond it quoted case by case. Send drawings and the delivery location and we quote fabrication and freight together.
TIG welding keeps heat input low, and welds are cleaned and finished afterward so the surface protects itself again. Stainless is ground and polished with dedicated tooling, never with wheels used on carbon steel, since embedded steel particles are the usual cause of rust spots on stainless.
Send your drawings and we confirm the grade and the quote in the same conversation.
